How long does it take to build a custom home?
The timeline can vary based on the size, complexity, and customization of your home, but most builds take between 6 to 12 months from groundbreaking to move-in. We’ll give you a realistic schedule up front—and keep you updated every step of the way.
Can I bring my own floorplan or ideas?
Absolutely! Whether you have a full design in mind or just a few inspiration photos, we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life. We also offer custom floorplan options to help guide the process if you’re not sure where to start.
Do you build basements?
Yes, depending on the plan and community we will do a basement that includes an abundance of natural light.
Why are some similar homes priced differently?
Yes a commonly asked question. Apart from the use of different interior/Exterior materials and components, the price differences usually relate to the differences in lot prices. Building standards vary neighborhood to neighborhood which dictate certain practices that affect cost.
Where do you build?

Yes! Every KAM Construction home includes a 10-year limited warranty for peace of mind. We also use high-quality materials and work with trusted contractors to ensure your home is built to last.
